My scooter turns on but won't move Brand new out of the box. Battery partially charged.
The Aotedor T550 scooter won't move if it is in a no-brake state. In this state, the scooter cannot be started even if it turns on and the battery is partially charged. To enable normal operation, the brake handle must be pushed upward into the upper gear, which puts the scooter into the normal driving condition.
