change event/task information
To change information about an existing
event/task:
Find it: Press M > Extras > Calendar
1 Press S left or right to scroll to the
scheduled event/task day.
2 Press M > Day View to display the day
view.
3 Press S up or down to scroll to the
event/task you want to change.
4 Press View to display the event/task.
5 Press Edit to edit the event/task.
6 Press S up or down to scroll to the
detail you want to change.
7 Press Change to edit the information.
8 Use the keypad keys to enter the new
information.
9 Press Done to store the information.

> New > Event
1 Scroll to Start and use the number keys to
enter the desired time.
2 Scroll to Alarm and select Custom.

copy an event/task
To copy information from a current event/
task to a new event/task:
Find it: Press M > Extras > Calendar
1 Press S left or right to scroll to the
scheduled event/task day.
2 Press M > Day View to display the day
view.
3 Press S up or down to scroll to the
event/task to copy.
4 Presss M to open the Calendar Menu.
5 Press S up or down to scroll to Copy.
6 Press Select to copy the event/task.
7 Press Yes to confirm the copy.
Your phone assumes that you want to
change the date and displays the Date
field.
3 Use the number keys to enter 0 hrs, then
press OK.
Note: You will need to enter a Title in order
for the Alarm to function.
use the FM radio
You can listen to and program up to nine of
your favourite FM radio stations.

Find it: Press M > FM Radio
The FM radio will automatically tune in the
lowest available frequency when you use it
for the first time. After that, it will tune in the

Note: The earpiece must be inserted into
the phone for the FM radio to function. If
you try to turn it on without inserting the

so the FM Radio receiver performance is
dependent on the type of headset device
connected. If a non-Motorola 3.5 mm
headset is connected to the phone through
the adapter (2.5 - 3.5 mm), or the headset is

1 Press M > FM Radio.
2 Press S left or right to increase or
decrease the frequency. Each keypress
will increase or decrease the frequency
by 0.1 or 0.2 MHz, depending on your
region.
3 Press and hold S left or right to activate
the scanning feature. The FM radio will
scan to the next usable frequency. You
can continue scanning by pressing S
again.

You can store up to nine preset radio
stations.
