RECYCLEPAK™ Box Assembly Instructions
Assembling a RECYCLEPAK™ box is similar to assembling an archive box.
Step 1: Take the flatpack box and
open it as shown. Fold flap (1)
inward, into the box until it
touches the inside of the box.
Step 4: Rotate the box so that
flap (3) sits on the bottom.

Usage Instructions
Please only use your box for the recycling stream that it is intended for and store in a clean and dry
location. Follow the instructions on the label as contamination could risk the entire box being sent
to landfill and/or additional charges.

Step 2: Fold the side flaps
labelled (2) inward so that they
overlap onto the centre flap (3).

Step 5: Keeping flap (1) against
the side of the box, reach into the
box and pull up both flaps (2) so
that they are flush against the
inside of the box.

Step 3: Ensure that flap (1) is
pushed up against the inside of
the box. Fold flap (3) down, into
the box. Make sure flaps (2) are
folded in before you push flap (3)
down.

Step 6: With flaps (2) in place at
each side. Push flap (1) down so
that it sits at the bottom of the
box. You may choose to secure
flaps (2) upright with tape.
Attach/fold in the lid and your box
is done!
