To turn off the red and blue flashing lights on the Swann MR4K, complete the pairing process. The lights indicate the camera is in pairing mode and will stop flashing once the camera is successfully paired. If pairing fails, repeat the pairing instructions.

The Swann MR4K Wireless 4K Camera has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is kept charged by an integrated solar panel. The manual does not mention replacing the battery, only charging it via a USB-C connection if needed. Therefore, the battery is rechargeable but not explicitly stated to be user-replaceable.
