Need help?
Do you have a question about the HGPS01 20V and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
how to attach the extended pole on the pole saw cordless? unfortunately can not find my manual.
To attach the extended pole on the HART HGPS01 20V cordless pole saw:
1. Insert the Plug: Align the plug on the intermediate pole with the socket on the handle pole and push them together until fully seated. The plug is larger on one side and will only fit one way.
2. Secure the Collar: Lower the collar on the handle pole to the threaded base on the intermediate pole and rotate it clockwise to secure.
3. Attach Cutting Head Pole: Repeat the same process to connect the intermediate pole to the cutting head pole.
4. Check Connection: Ensure all poles are securely assembled. When properly connected, the handle and cutting head poles should not separate from the intermediate pole when pulled.
Failure to securely assemble and lock all poles as directed could cause separation, leading to serious personal injury or death.

@Frankie Rivera
when the chain comes into contact with the wood the chain will not rotate motor still runs, battery fully charged, tension on chain is good.
A likely cause of the chain not rotating when the HART HGPS01 20V contacts wood, despite the motor running and the battery being fully charged, is improper chain tension. If the flats on the drive links hang out of the bar groove, the chain must be retensioned. A loose or improperly tensioned chain can prevent proper rotation under load.
