HOW TO USE The Grinder (used for grinding dry and hard foodstuffs: coffee beans, nutmeg, herbs, spices, seeds, almonds, dried fruit, etc.) Tip: The Grinder Bowl can hold up to 50 g of coffee or spices. However, if you only need a lesser amount, do not grind more than you need. -

HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN Release the HOLD Button. Switch the wall switch off and unplug the power cable from the wall socket. Make sure the Grinder Blade has stopped running. Remove the Grinder Bowl Cover and pour out any remaining ingredients. Wipe the Grinder Blade (Warning: Blades are sharp!), Stainless Steel Grinder Bowl, exterior of the appliance and Base with a damp cloth. -
