Automation Control WINDOW DOOR
The equipment controls, via inverters, all industrial locks equipped with MOTORS THREE-PHASE
ELECTRIC MOTORS.
Acceleration, deceleration ramps, electric brake and working times are controlled; all parameters
can be set via display interface or by self-learning.
The board provides operation with limit switches (FCA and FCC) and encoders. Slowing down
opening and closing and photocell exclusion is done by counting the working time and/or
revolutions of the
rotating.
The board via microcontroller controls the working current of the motor and the temperature of
the heatsink of the schedad4, providing for signaling and handling of any malfunctions.
All inputs are signaled via LEDs
Alarm signals are indicated by the flashing LAMP_RGB and LED on cover
The control board is powered at 230Vac
Accessories: 12Vdc/500mA MAX output.

    6. UPS CONNECTION Before installing, check that there is no power supply. Connect the ups as in the figure Enable operation with ups by setting dip2 of SW1 to ON. To give the open command for power failure, mount a 230V N.C.(K) relay with contact on input 12 and coil in parallel on line voltage By enabling this function, ESP_OUT cannot be managed.

    8. ERROR CODE The error code is indicated by the LDS LED on metal box cover: 1 GREEN blink followed by many RED blinks corresponding to the error number.
