IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: When using the Hotdog Maker for the first time, after unpacking your Hotdog Maker, open the
lid, clean the cooking surfaces thoroughly by whipping with a damp sponge and dry the surfaces with
a paper towel. For best results, prepare the non-stick surfaces by using a paper towel to wipe a thin
layer of vegetable shortening or oil onto the non-stick surfaces of the Hotdog Maker.

Attention: to avoid burns when using the device, always use protective heat-resistant gloves
or mittens.
Cooking hot dogs:
1. Install the device on a flat, horizontal, stationary, heat-resistant surface.
2. Make sure that all surfaces of the appliance are dry, cord before turning on the outlet
power supply without damage and not twisted.
3. Open the device by lifting the upper part of the housing by the handle. The non-stick baking
plate coating allows you to cook without using oil, but when used initially, you can optionally
lubricate the baking panels with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Attention: heating surfaces are hot, handle them carefully.
4. Close the device and connect it to a standard 220-240 V power outlet with a frequency of
50/60 Hz. The power on indicator and the green heating indicator will turn on, the device will
start to heat up. Once the appliance is heated, the green heating light will go out, indicating
that the baking panels have reached the required temperature for baking. After that, open the
appliance by lifting the top of the case by the handle and put the dough into the middle of each
tin, then place sausages on top of the dough. Top the sausages with some more dough. Close
the instrument. When closing, steam may be released between the plates. Fix the handle
clamp. Normal cooking times are ~ 8-12 minutes for each batch. The heating indicator will turn
on and off, indicating that the thermostat keeps the baking temperature proper.
Attention: the device should not work in the open position.
5. After cooking hot dogs, open the lid, separate the hot dogs from the heating plates using
a plastic or wooden paddle.
6. Disconnect the power cable after cooking and allow the instrument to cool.
CLEANING
Always unplug this hotdog maker from power source and wait until it cool down before cleaning.
There is no need to take your hotdog maker apart for cleaning. Dry with a paper towel to absorb
excess oil. Wipe with damp cloth and mild soap.
Never immerse the appliance in water and do not wash it under a stream of water. Avoid using
scratching or sharp utensils, as they will scratch the non-stick surface.
Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the heating plates.
To clean handles and other parts, use a damp cloth with mild soap.
Should any filling be difficult to remove, pour a little cooking oil onto the plate and wipe off after 5
minutes, when the filling has softened.
CAUTION: NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER AND DO NOT WASH IT UNDER
A STREAM OF WATER!
Hotdogs (recipe):
Ingredients: Preparation method:
Milk - 250 ml Drive eggs into warm milk, pour butter, stir. Put salt, sugar,
Odorless vegetable oil - 30-50 ml baking powder in the flour. Pour into the milk mixture. Mix
Eggs C1 - 2 pieces well until homogeneous. Lubricate the cells once with

vegetable oil. Put the dough in each for 2/3. Cut sausages
