USING THE INDUCTION COOKTOP BEFORE USING: Ÿ Ensure the cooktop is situated on a flat and stable surface to prevent cookware from tilting. Ÿ We recommend using the silicone mat when cooking, as it will prevent cookware from sliding around on the glass – especially if the cooking surface is not level. TURNING ON YOUR COOKTOP: Connect the cooktop to a suitable 240V AC power source.

COOKING TIMER: Ÿ Press the Timer Button . The cooktop display will show 0:00 Ÿ Use the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ controls to set the desired duration for the timer. A single press will change the time by 1 minute increments. Holding the buttons down will change the time by 10 minute increments.

COOKING FUNCTIONS: Soup function is set to 1200W. It will change to 800W after 15 minutes. Steam function is set to 1200W. It will change to 800W after 15 minutes. Water boiling function is set to 2000W. Milk heating function is set to 800W. It will pause heating after 20 minutes or if the temperature is detected to be over 60 degrees.
COMPATIBLE COOKWARE Induction-compatible cookware includes cookware with a metal base that is magnetic.
