    Introduction FRM220-OAB15 is designed for FRM220 chassis rack and is a single channel Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA) booster line card for C- band. FRM220-OAB15 cards can provide more optical power but achieve excellent broadband noise performance while they are used for long- haul C-Band DWDM applications.

    Installation FRM220-OAB15 line cards can be placed in FRM220-CH01M, FRM220-CH02M, FRM220-CH04A, FRM220-CH08 and FRM220-CH20 chassis that are with universal slots. The line cards can be installed in any of the slots except the slot that is reserved for the NMC management module.

Line Card Information This part displays basic information about the selected card including chassis ID, the slot number, the local or remote side, the model name of the card, and firmware version. 2.
