9. TRIGGER(GET):
Enables the 4278A t o respond to a TRIGGER bus command. This command
may be sent to a selected device or to all devices addressed as listeners on the
HP-18 bus. The 4278A must be addressed to listen before the trigger message is
sent. Refer to B i t 2 o f the status byte in paragraph 4-2-8 for information o n
proper triggering techniques.

UNL=UNLISTEN: unaddresses all listeners
MTA=MY TALK ADDRESS: sets the controller to talk
LISTEN: sets the instrument addressed as 17 to listen
