The turbine is designed for a procduct lifecycle of >20 years. When the turbine reaches the end of the product life cycle, it needs to be dismantled. For the dismantle and the dispose of the old turbine, please contact Lely Aircon B.V.
All systems are tested. However in the event of a malfunction Lely Aircon cannot be held responsible for consequential damage. Lely Aircon 30, the warranty on the Lely Aircon 30 becomes invalid. At the end of each visit, all work done on the Lely Aircon 30 must be written in the logbook and the logbook must be signed by the certified technician.
YOU are responsible for the SAFE operation and maintenance of your Lely Aircon 30 Wind turbine. YOU must make sure that you and anyone else who is going to operate, maintain or work in the vicinity of the Lely Aircon 30 knows all the related SAFETY information in this manual.
Review safety related items with all operators frequently (annually). • Keep the Lely Aircon 30 Wind turbine safe from impact from all kind of vehicles. To reduce the risk of damage from impact, safety bars at the corners of the Tower must be considered. Lely can advise you on these matters.
2.1.3 Electrical Safety • Only a Lely trained technician is allowed to connect the power from the power distribution box to the charging station. • Only an authorized electrician is allowed to install the electrical power to the control cabinet.

The height of the tower is very important to position the turbine high up into constant and smooth wind conditions. The tower transfers the forces onto the foundation. The Lely Aircon 30 is available on a lattice tower with various tower heights depending on the landscape.

CONTROL INTERFACE The controller is installed on the inner door of the electrical cabinet located at the tower base. Your dealer will instruct you on how to interact with the touch screen, and how to access and understand the information displayed. The control interface of the turbine is the visualization on the turbine screen.

The menu is accessed by touching the touch screen of the turbine controller. These pages can also be accessed from your personal computer once your dealer has installed the Lely Aircon remote client software program. The turbine generation can be monitored at the meter installed at the distribution board.

Turbine home screen 6.2.1 Start the turbine • Press the start button in the electrical cabinet door. • The box "turbine operational" changes color from grey into green and indicates that the turbine is on. • The turbine does not start when there is a storm, indicated by the box "Storm", or there is a fault indicated by the box "Alert".

Here you have a few different buttons and readings, which are basically for controlling the azimuth system of the turbine. The buttons in this menu are unactuated highlighted in grey.
In the Azimuth overview you can see a few values: • Wind value (a) Under this point the actual wind value in m/s is shown. The degree value shows the wind direction. • Wind average (b) This value is showing the 5minutes average of the “Wind value” and direction.

The circle in the middle is the “Wind rose”; this wind rose is showing the geographical wind directions (North, East, South and West) The black point on the circle is the “Main wind direction” (a) and is placed by Lely Aircon B.V. after the installation of the turbine.
The individual points (Green, red and blue) are moving on the circle. The green point is showing the actual “Nacelle position” (b). The green, red and blue points are also shown as a value in the middle of the circle. The red point is showing the “5min Wind average”...

You as the operator of the turbine have the option in some cases to reset faults with the "Reset" button. Please refer to the table. Normally the Lely Aircon B. V. is automatically informed by the turbine system when a fault happened and will check the system.

Your are responsible for ensuring that this maintenance is done by your local dealer according to the maintenance schedule as supplied by Lely Aircon.
