User Guide RollAble Ramp
The RollAble Ramp is designed to allow wheelchairs, scooters and trolleys to
overcome steps, kerbs and thresholds. The RollAble ramp can also be used as a
bridge ramp.
Safety
This RollAble ramp is designed to allow wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, ATV's,
motorbikes, goods and trolleys to overcome heights. It is designed to be used at a
smooth gradient, please refer to our website for the maximum load height or contact
our team if you are unsure. The maximum load height is based on what you are
loading.
Please note the RollAble ramp is not suitable for solid wheels such as those found on
flightcases or pallet trucks. Do not load items with a tyre diameter of under 20cm.
Do not exceed the maximum load height or capacity.
Please ensure to regularly check the nuts on the ramp are tight prior to use and tighten
them with the tools provided where required.
If the ramp becomes damaged in anyway please do not use the ramp.
Take additional care when using the ramp in wet/damp or icy weather conditions.
Regularly check the fixings on the ramp are secure and tighten bolts when required.
Take care when the ramp is rolled not to catch fingers in the holes or gaps of the ramp
Where the ramp is over 8ft in length the support legs provided should be used at all
times.
Please use the provided tools. Do not assemble using power tools.
Warranty
The Ramp People offer a 1-year warranty with the RollAble ramp.
Maximum capacity
The maximum capacity of the ramp is 453kg.
Maximum gradient
Maximum recommended gradient for loading goods such as trolleys, mowers or
unoccupied scooters: 1:3.3
Maximum recommended gradient for occupied assisted manual wheelchairs: 1:6
Maximum recommended gradient for occupied unassisted manual wheelchairs,
electric wheelchairs, scooters and walkers: 1:8.
