S3 OMNI Replacement PCB
Background
The GLXS3OMNIPCB is a replacement main printed circuit board (PCB) for the AQRS340OMNI and AQRS325OMNI chlorinator/automation controls. The
GLXS3OMNIPCB replaces the original PCB in these products. Note that all settings will be lost after this replacement and the AQR S3 Omni
reconfiguration and setup. If possible, record the existing settings before replacement. Refer to the AQR S3 Omni Installation and Operation manuals for
configurations and settings information.
To replace the board, follow the replacement procedure below. Please verify that the replacement PCB matches the original board before you begin.

1 Input power connector cable (if needed)

6 Phillips head screws (if needed)

2 Replacement fuses (if needed)
1. Front Panel Removal
DANGER of Death, Injury or Property Damage if pro-
cedure not followed. Dead front panel removal is re-
quired for this installation. Power to the AQR S3 MUST
be shut off before the dead front panel is removed.
2. Remove Wiring Connections
Remove all of the wiring connections to the existing PCB
as shown in the diagram.
GLXS3OMNIPCB
WARNING: Disconnect all AC power at the main breaker before at-
tempting to replace the PCB. Use a voltmeter to verify that the main
supply input has been entirely removed from the control. Use ap-
propriate energy lock-out procedures to be certain nobody restores
power during the following procedure.

USE ONLY HAYWARD GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS
Pull the display away from the panel
by grasping it with your hand (no tools
required). Then, remove the 3 screws
and pull the plastic deadfront panel
away from the enclosure.

- Page 2 Configuration Wizard The AQR S3 Omni can now be powered on for the first time. Apply power at the main panel and wait for the AQR S3 Omni to completely start. This may take a full minute or two. Because this is the first time that the AQR S3 Omni has been powered on with the new PCB, it will bring you directly to the initial configuration screen as it did when it was new.
