Please be aware that this adapter may not be compatible with all electric vehicle (EV) brands simultaneously. Various car manufacturers have entered into agreements to access DC NACS chargers at different times, depending on their respective brand agreements and ongoing negotiations.

HOW TO USE : To start the charging process : Fully insert your adapter into the vehicle. Fully insert the NACS charging handle into the adapter. If your vehicle is compatible with Plug & Charge, the charging process should start by itself within a few seconds If not : Initiate the charging process through the charging station’s app or the vehicle’s infotainment. -

Troubleshooting : My adapter does not work: Make sure your vehicle has access to the DC NACS charging network. Make sure the adapter and NACS connector are fully inserted. Make sure the NACS DC charger accepts CCS1 vehicles (V3 and V4). - Page 13 Troubleshooting : I am unable to unplug the adapter from the vehicle : Ensure the vehicle’s charge port locking system is not engaged Some vehicles feature an unlock button on the charge port, you may use the vehicle’s infotainment or app to ensure proper unlocking of the adapter through the charge port.
