Cleaning and Maintenance You will need to both clean and descale your Food Steamer frequently. You should clean the parts of the machine (Rice Steaming Bowl, Lid, Steamer Baskets and Drip Tray) after each use. Times between descaling will differ depending on the hardness of your water.
