3. Functions, Inputs and Outputs. ZanySignals' design prioritizes ease of interpretation and use. For this reason, it allows for quick and straightforward integration into your workflow, making the knobs more ergonomic so that anyone feels comfortable interacting with each module. This design approach ensures that any function or parameter can be easily identified.

Switches are implemented to toggle or hold a function. Function 1 Function 2 The E-switches are designed to allow for three possible functions. están planteados para dar paso a tres posibles Function 1 Function 3 Function 2 Signal inputs are provided through 1/8" jacks, which are clearly distinguished from the outputs as they have a simple boundary, unfilled outline.

The functions of the knobs and switches are represented by numbers, input/output by letters.

Capture features Primary Knobs. Attack: Controls the initial Attack phase, which is the first stage of the ADSR envelope. This parameter determines the time it takes for the sound to reach its peak level from silence after being triggered by the Gate In.

Buttons and Switches. Manual Gate: This button allows for manual activation, holding the sustain for the duration the button is pressed. Polarity switch Changes the polarity of the inverted ADSR. By default, the inverted ADSR has a positive polarity. When pressed, it switches to a negative polarity (below the 0V reference axis).
4. Operation. For the proper use of the Capture module, it's recommended to accurately identify each knob with the functions previously outlined in the seven di erent sections of the module, ensuring the correct connections of its inputs and outputs.

To discern the waveform's behavior, and to divide its Attack, Decay, Sustain, and Release parameters, one should first emphasize its graphical representation in terms of Voltage (vertical axis) and time (horizontal axis). In the following image, you can observe the aforementioned relations. Attack Decay Release...
Page 12
In the previous image, you can identify that the parameters Attack, Decay, and Sustain function during the high state of the Gate signal. The Release functions during the low state of the Gate signal. The Attack, Decay, and Release operate along the time axis, increasing or decreasing the duration of their respective phases.
Page 13
In the preceding image, the ADSR output is observed based on the maximum and minimum changes of its four parameters. The change in these parameters also a ects the inverted ADSR. These two outputs are synchronized to the same activation Gate signal. When activating the inverted ADSR switch, it behaves as in the subsequent graph (negative polarity) and moves below the reference axis.
The Capture is a module that requires a power supply of ±12V and +5V, utilizing a 10-pin (2x5 pins) connector. Connect the Ribbon cable to the 10-pin female connector on the module's circuit board.

Note: Always be aware of the output and input levels of each signal to prevent damage to this or any other module. Given the large audio levels of Eurorack, you should connect to modules specifically designed to accept these levels. Never connect an output to an input that accepts a lower voltage level.
Malfunctions caused by using incorrect power sources, reversing the order of the bus board cables, misusing the product, or any other cause determined by ZanySignals as user negligence will not be covered by this warranty, and standard service fees will apply.

During the warranty period (1 year for this module), the defective product will be repaired or replaced at ZanySignals' discretion. It is necessary to return the product to ZanySignals' facilities, with the consumer covering the shipping costs. This allows us to review and inspect the module's defects and proceed with the repair.

On this schema, several synthesis processes employ various modules depending on the needs of Capture (ADSR). It starts with an additive synthesis process combining three signals from the DOSC (Dual VCO) into the MonoPlus (Mono Mixer), subsequently directed to the Strainer (Dual VCF) for a subtractive synthesis process;...

(CV) of channel A of the Strainer (Dual VCF) to control the filter's CutO and achieve acidic sounds. In addition to this, the signal from the second Capture is input into the FM entrance of the DOSC (Dual VCO), where any of the four ADSR parameters can be adjusted to achieve modulation of the same.
