7. Warranty
Greater Zero, LLC offers a limited warranty. We warrant our
products to be free from material defect or workmanship
from the original purchase date for a period of 3 years.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
The company will either repair or replace any product that
breaks as a result of defects in material or workmanship.
How to obtain service: Purchaser should contact the com-
pany at service@greaterzero.com to make a claim under this
warranty.
Not covered by warranty: Damage resulting from misuse,
abuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this war-
ranty.
Local laws: Some states or countries do not allow for exclu-
sions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages.
The above statement may not apply to the purchaser. You
may have other rights which vary from state to state or coun-
try to country.
No other Express Warranty: This limited warranty is the sole
and exclusive warranty of Greater Zero, LLC. No employee,
dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or
make additional warranties.
Maintaining the Zero-Turn Bar: The ball sockets and the
interior bolt of the Zero-Turn Bar arrives lightly greased. To
ensure the smooth operation of the mechanism, we recom-
mend checking it every month. If necessary, apply addition-
al grease.

Improper installation of mounting brackets may cause
damage to mower handlebars.
The adhesive on the rubber strips may damage foam
grips on handlebars upon removal if strips applied
directly to handlebar
Greater Zero, LLC is not liable for any damage to mower.

Greater Zero, LLC offers a 30 day return policy for re-
turns of undamaged products. Customers desiring to
make a return should email service@greaterzero.com
and a return shipping label will be provided. Once
merchandise has been received, refunds will be pro-
cessed within 10 business days.
