Caution: If the unblocking attempt is tried unsuccessfully 10
times, the SIM card is permanently disabled and your phone
displays SIM Disabled.
Unblock the SIM Card PIN2 Code
If you enter an incorrect SIM card PIN2 code 3 times in a row,
your phone's SIM PIN2 protected features are disabled and
your phone displays SIM PIN Blocked when you try to use a PIN2
feature. You must enter a PIN2 unblocking key (PUK2) code,
which you can obtain from your service provider.

Locking the Phone

You can lock your phone to prevent unauthorized use. To use
a locked phone, you must enter the unlock code.
You can set a timer to lock your phone after a specified period
of inactivity. You can answer calls and read notifications, (but
not read SMS messages) when the phone is locked, but you
cannot make calls, view PIM or use other features.
You can make emergency calls on your phone even when it is
locked (see page 54).
Locking Your Phone
Tap T Setup in the application launcher screen, tap Security,
then select a Phone Lock timer setting. Your phone prompts you
to enter the unlock code. Enter your unlock code to activate
phone lock.
Unlocking Your Phone
When you see the Enter Unlock Code prompt, enter your unlock
code to unlock the phone.
