My second monitor does not work - it shows no signa and goes into power saving mode
The KEFEYA S3 second monitor may show "No Signal" and enter power-saving mode for the following reasons:
1. USB-C Connection Issue: The USB-C port on your laptop may not be full-functioned (not supporting video output). Ensure you are using a full-functioned USB-C port and connecting to the correct port on the monitor (TYPE-C1 or TYPE-C2).
2. Insufficient Power: Your laptop may have low battery or not supply enough voltage. Use a charging cable to charge your laptop or connect an extra USB-A to USB-C cable to provide additional power to the monitor. You can also use a wall charger with 5V/2A or higher output.
3. Incompatible Laptop Chip: The monitor is not compatible with laptops using M1, M2, or M3 chips. It only works with M1 Pro/Max and M2 Pro/Max chips.
4. Laptop Screen Not Active: Make sure your laptop screen is active and not in sleep mode.
