    DESCRIPTION OF THE ATLANTIC 100 COMPRESSOR: The ATLANTIC 100 structure comprises a compressor support base entirely in aluminium with an external tube that encloses the whole machine, again in aluminium and protecting the compressor from impact, making the whole structure it tough, durable, corrosion resistant, while keeping the overall weight very low.

If it has automatic release, check that this happens at intervals of no longer than 10 minutes.

    A screw cap is provided below the oil sump for easy oil changing. The use of the specific Nardi Compressori oil is recommended. This special oil normally supplied with the compressor was designed and tested specifically for this machine for producing normal breathable air, not for air mixtures (21% O²).

    The operating life of the filter components depends on the number of operating cycles. The base and upper body are subject to dynamic loading caused by the pressurization and depressurization of the filter. Nardi Compressori recommend inspection by a specialized technician after every 500 hours of operation, and after 8000 cycles at 300 Bar or 21000 cycles at 225 Bar the entire filter should be replaced.

  • Page 14 DESCRIZIONE COMPRESSORE ATLANTIC 100 : La struttura dell’ ATLANTIC 100, è composta da una base d’appoggio del compressore tutta in alluminio, e da un tubolare esterno che avvolge la macchina, anch’esso in alluminio, che protegge il compressore dagli urti e conferisce robustezza e resistenza, anche dalla corrosione, a tutta la struttura, mantenendo quindi il peso complessivo molto contenuto.

  • Page 18 Fare controllare da un tecnico elettricista che l’impianto sia a norma e supporti il massimo assorbimento del compressore indicato sull’etichetta CE della NARDI COMPRESSORI. Il motore è già provvisto di una protezione termica, ma in ogni caso si consiglia di installare un salvavita oppure dei fusibili adeguati alla potenza assorbita dal motore.

  • Page 21 OLIO: L’olio è un componente importantissimo per la durata del compressore nel tempo. La Nardi Compressori ha studiato dettagliatamente la macchina in modo che abbia una capacità nella vasca dell’olio idonea ad assicurare una lubrificazione costante. Sotto la coppa dell’olio è stato avvitato un tappo per rendere semplice il cambio dell’olio.
  • Page 22 La Nardi Compressori consiglia di far fare un’ispezione da un tecnico specializzato dopo ogni 500 ore di lavoro, e superati gli 8000 cicli a 300 Bar o i 21000 cicli a 225 Bar venga sostituito il filtro completo.

    - Ersetzen Sie beschädigte Teile ausschließlich durch Originalersatzteile von Nardi Compressori. - Führen Sie ohne ausdrückliche, schriftliche Genehmigung von Nardi Compressori keine Änderungen am Gerät durch. - Verwenden Sie den Kompressor bei sichtbarem Verschleiß eines der Bestandteile nicht, ohne diesen durch ein Originalersatzteil zu ersetzen.

  • Page 40 Für einen ordnungsgemäßen Anschluss des Kompressors an das Stromnetz müssen folgende Schritte ausgeführt werden: Lassen Sie von einem Elektriker überprüfen, ob die vorhandene Elektroinstallation den Normen entspricht und über eine ausreichende Belastbarkeit verfügt, um dem auf dem CE-Etikett von NARDI COMPRESSORI angegebenen maximalen Stromverbrauch standhalten zu können.
  • Page 41 Der maximale Druck wird über ein Überdruckventil angezeigt, durch welches Luft entweicht. Achtung! Das Überdruckventil wurde von Nardi Compressori kalibriert und verplombt. Sollten Änderungen an diesem Ventil durchgeführt oder seine Funktion beeinträchtigt werden, erlöschen jegliche Garantieansprüche. Für den Austausch dürfen ausschließlich Originalpatronen von Nardi Compressori verwendet werden. Die Originalpatronen von Nardi Compressori werden vakuumverpackt in einer Kartonhülle geliefert, um Beschädigungen durch ungewollte Erschütterungen zu vermeiden. Beachten Sie bitte immer das auf der Verpackung angegebene Verfallsdatum.
