R+W STE safety couplings have an H7 fit. The fit play of the shaft / hub connection must be in the tolerance of 0.01 to 0.05mm. The result is a smashing of the hubs with ignition-effective sparks and explosion. The temperature of the hubs when installing the elastomer insert shall not be higher than 80°C.

In the total of the individual offsets, 100% must not be exceeded.

When snapping in and out, the switching modules wear out. Therefore, after 20 rests, the switching modules must be exchanged. Have the switching modules replaced by R+W. Worn switching modules lead to sparks and explosions. Limit the resting to 20 and change switching modules.
