INSTALLATION GUIDE 3. Install Catch Plate Insert the rubber anchors into the toilet mounting holes. Align the installation guide to the toilet rim and place the catch plate over the mounting holes. Assemble the bolt guides by placing the metal inserts into the plastic brackets. Make sure to BEFORE INSTALLATION insert them correctly so the metal inserts sit flush on top. -
