Q: How to unlock when the battery runs out? A: 1. Unlock with mechanical key. 2. Use a 9V battery (easy to buy in the store) and connect it to the emergency power supply port at the bottom of the front panel to temporarily supply power. Q: Smart lock cannot be paired with my App.
