8 INSTALLATION 8.1 POWER CONNECTION Connect the supplied main cable to the net adaptor. Connect the short DC cable to the net adaptor and to the machines DC connector (28) on its rear panel. NOTE: The O transducer contains hazardous chemicals, do not try to disassemble it, leave used O sensors to an environmental recycling station. transducer is replaced as follows: 1. SGA 400 may be in pause mode or turned off. 2. Unfasten the connection in the middle of the O2 transducer by gripping its short sides with a small pair of pliers and pull it straight backwards.
11 TROUBLE SHOOTING 11.1 ERROR AT LEAK TEST If the leak test result failed, a leakage may exist in the hose system leading to the pump. Disconnect the sampling hose from the analyzer cap the sample gas inlet (26) on the rear panel of the analyzer and do a new leak test.

This is how you connect the smoke tester to the gas analyzer: 1. Shut down the whole equipment from power. 2. Fit the smoke probe with its hose to the smoke unit by pressing the hose to the connector on the front side. 3.
15 MAINTENANCE 15.1 CLEANING THE SAMPLE UNIT 1. Unscrew the two screws that hold the outlet pipes on their place and remove the pipes. 2. Please never insert the cleaning brush straight in to the channel of the smoke outlet flow. The blades of the fan just a few inches inside the opacimeter will break if the brush gets to them while the fans are rotating.

16 LINEARITY TEST This test is performed automatically using electronic calibration. The electronic opacity test is pre a preset and documented k-value applied to sampling optics (this procedure is normally called Weekly Linearity Test). The generated electronic K value is compared to a preset k-value of 1.80m-1 The difference may be no greater than ±0.1m-1.
