    If the Buyer discovers a defect or nonconformity, it must notify an Oshkosh approved service provider or correct the defect or nonconformity in accordance with the Oshkosh Defense NGDV Warranty Policy to receive coverage for repair or replacement.

    Oshkosh, or its designated agent, as provided in paragraph 1 and shall make the product available for inspection by Oshkosh or its designated agent. At the request of Oshkosh any defective part shall be returned to Oshkosh for examination, with transportation charges prepaid.

    Do not recline the seat backrest too far as this can cause the occupant to slide under the seat belt, resulting in personal injury in the event of a crash.
