RETURN AIR PLENUM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate two of the panels marked 3 and attach them together by screwing a gold screw into each
corner. The flat piece of the corner lies on top of the corner with the bend. See Figure A. Repeat with
the other two panels marked 3 to make the second assembly. See Figure B. NOTE: The bend on the
panels will face down when assembled.
2. Attach panels 7 and 8 to panel 6 with the gold screws provided. Panels 7 and 8 wrap around panel 6.
3. Set panels 6, 7 and 8 inside panel 9 and attach with gold screws. The bend on panel 9 faces down and
the three bends wrap around panels 6, 7, and 8. Screw the bottom hole on assembly 3 to panels 6, 7
and 8. NOTE: Assembly 3 has a top and bottom hole.
4. Attach panels 2 and 10 in the top hole of assembly 3 with gold screws. The tops of panels 2 and 10 will
not have bends.
