Installation Unpacking the Machine Remove the top and sides of the crate and immediately check the machine for any damage and if damage is found, immediately notify your carrier / transport company. Remove the accessories and any change parts and put them in a safe place. Installing the Machine Remove the machine from the skid and place it at the desired conveyor height and position on the work floor.

Adjust the height of the top hold down belt to press on the box gently. The equipment has several different bottle indexing systems that can be used depending upon the type of label(s) to be applied. We have already shown the indexing wheel that can be used to create a separation space between any styles of container (just visible in the lower right corner of the photo).

Thread the label onto the machine following the picture showing how the labels have been threaded. Adjust the position of the right and left wipers. Adjust the tension device. Pull the small screw vertically to release. Adjust the rotary applicator using settings as given on the setup sheet for the bottle and style of labeling.

Adjust the label head horizontally. Adjust the bar code reader to read the bar code. Adjust the label head vertically, adjust the tilt of the label, adjust the tilt in the other direction. Adjust the label sensor to dispense the label appropriately.

General Maintenance Daily Maintenance Always ensure a clean dry source of compressed air with a minimum 80 psi. Clean the rollers with rubbing alcohol after each changeover. Clean sensors for dust lint etc. Clean any excess pieces of label material and glue off the machine.
