    2.4K/4.8K/9.6K/19.2K/38.4K/64Kbps/128Kbps, and ASYNC rates supported are 0.3K/0.6K/1.2K/2.4K/4.8K/9.6K/19.2K/38.4Kbps (ASYNC mode is only available while both end of data path is terminated by Tainet NTUs). Data rates at 64Kbps and below (SYNC & ASYNC) occupy one time slot of MARS 9000 TDM buses, and 128Kbps requires two time-slot to transport payload between tributaries and aggregate links.

    INSTALLATION Configuring IDSL1/4 parameters The easiest way to set up IDSL1/4 is to load the factory profile. It covers almost all possible configurations when using this module. For loading a profile, read section 2.4.2 for operation on profile. l LCD front panel of MARS9000: Full functional menu tree driven system.

    Control Mode : Tells operator if the local or remote unit is under control by front panel. If the CPE is TAINET DT-128, remote control function can also be accomplished via local LCD panel. When DT-128 is responding for remote-control-request (initiated by operator), this field will show ‘(Remote)’.
