Fuselage. If you built a Glider Fuselage, you will have no Problems with the
Electro Fuselage.
We recommend a Outrunner Motor with a maximum diameter of 22mm
(Kavan Pro 2225-1600) and an appropriate speed controller.

  • Page 2 The Plywood Parts are numbered, the direction of installation is shown with small arrows. The lettering of the fuselage sidewall panels shows to the inside, at the center frame to the upper side. Pay Attention to the Cutouts for the Servoplugs and the wing joiners.
  • Page 3 First you need to fit all fuselage structure parts together as shown and glue them together. Remove the laserdrilled cutouts before installing the skin panels to the structure. Do NOT remove everything in the cutouts, keep the outside clear!
  • Page 4 With the help of the wing joiners, you can now install the outer skin panels. Keep an eye to a correct and straight installation For an easier installation, install the motor frame after the glue of the fuselage parts is hardened. Pay attention to the correct installation -> L/H Side, R/H Side and Upper Side always in flight direction.

  • Page 6 No you can cut out the frame parts as shown in the picture. You have to remove the first part, the second (aft) on is optional. But it will help you later during motor installation Here we go with the canopy as shown in the picture below: In the middle, glue two Center parts together and then go ahead with the parts 1, 2 and 3 as shown from inside to outside.

  • Page 8 During the curing time of the glue for the canopy, you can go ahead with the fuselage skin panels of the lower side. Before installation of the skin panels, push your fuselage carbon rod into your fuselage. Now you can not glue to fuselage too tight at the aft end.
  • Page 9 Now you can install your wings for the first time to the fuselage to check for correct fitting and to make the cutouts for the spoiler servo plugs. Install the Servo leads for the spoiler servos. Take the wing joiners with the straight spot. If your wings are attached correctly, glue the wing joiners with epoxy into your fuselage.
  • Page 10 For the build of the complete tail, refer to the 2m Glider Manual. You can also shorten the boom for 10cm, like the glider. After the installation of the stabilizers and the pylon, install your tail boom into the fuselage. After correct alignment, glue it into your fuselage with epoxy. The Bowden cables need to be installed over the spoiler cables and under the fuselage frame.
