Most faucet problems can be fixed by tightening a nut or
connection or replacing a washer. Check supply line
connections for any leaks and tighten if necessary. Don't
overtighten any supply line connections.

  • Page 3 Preparation/Assembly (Steps 1-5) 1. Shut off the water supply from the stop valves by turning the handle clockwise and remove the existing faucet from the sink. 2. Remove any dirt or plumber’s putty from around the faucet holes on the sink. Place the putty plate (19) onto the cover plate (23) and thread the mounting bolts (13) to the underside of the cover plate (23).
  • Page 4 Assembly (Steps 6-10) 6. Secure the faucet by threading the mounting nuts (18) onto the mounting bolts (13). Check the position of the faucet and hand tighten until faucet is securely mounted. NOTE: It is helpful to have a second person hold the faucet in place while tightening the mounting nuts (18).PLEASE NOTE: Do not remove the customer service tag with the model number and phone number...
  • Page 5 Assembly (Steps 11-15) 11. Remove the drain seat (28) and the pop-up plunger (34) from the pop-up assembly. Turn the mounting nut (27) down towards the center of the drain body (26). 12. Apply a bead of silicone sealant to the underside of the drain seat flange (28).

Place the pivot rod (30) into the opening in the drain body (26), making sure that the rod enters the opening at the bottom of the plunger (34, see figure A). NOTE: Make sure that the pivot rod seal (37) is seated inside the drain body (28, see figure B).

If necessary, use pliers and a cloth to protect the finish of the faucet. 22. Open the hot and cold water supply valves. Check for leaks at the shut off valves and the faucet shanks.
