General Description The Tl-95 Tire Inspector is designed to inspect non-mounted tires from 13” to 24.5” in rim diameter using expanding rims sold separately. The Tl-95 allows the operator to inspect tires for sidewall, tread and bead leakage on non- mounted tires. -

Main Components Expanding Rim Storage Rack Expanding Hub Knob for tire to inflate and deflate Inspect tire sizes ranging from 13” through 24.5’’ with seven different Expanding Rims (Sold separately) Knob for expanding hub to inflate and deflate Valve and gauge to control air in tire Air inlet Valve and gauge... - Page 4 Operating Instruction Connect air supply to 1/4” hose fitting. All pressures are pre-set for 30 PSI for Tire Pressure and 80 PSI for Expanding Hub and Rim. Select the correct size Expansion Rim and mount onto Expansion Hub. Clean both Tire Bead inside diameter flanges. Use an oil soap on the Expanding Rim Belt to assist tire to slide into position.

Maintenance The TSI Hub assembly is designed and manufactured for long-term trouble-free operation. It is a time and labor saving unit that will deliver many years of service if a reasonable cleaning and maintenance schedule is practiced. Caution: Before performing any disassembly disconnect air supply to machine. Disconnect air hoses connected to the air swivel assembly. -

Scheduled Maintenance Daily Lube belt with oil soap tire lube as needed Check the four expandable rim locks to ensure they are in the locked position Look inside the hub to see the locking tab is engaged Weekly In addition to the daily maintenance the following maintenance is recommended weekly. Detach 2 Air Supply Hoses and remove expandable rim Remove paddles Clean out the paddle slots using air pressure... -
