- Page 2 Download app from QR Code, turn off phone WIFI and use cell phone data Step 1: Open your camera and scan the QR code to download the APP. Step 2: After APP is downloaded, go into phone settings - WIFI - search the WIFI name that starts with V-car. Once WIFI network V-Car is connected, go back to the APP and Open to view camera.
