- Page 7 !!! Do not allow film to remain on the appliance or pedestal after assembly. Under sunny and warm conditions, the film will tend to strongly adhere to the stainless and will be very difficult to remove. The nut inserts and screws are stainless steel. Be patient if they bind. Gently work !!! DO NOT FORCE THREADS: the screw back and forth or completely out and try it again.
- Page 8 Turn the assembly on its top so the base is up. Install the Locking swivel caster wheels (o) to the front of the cart and the swivel casters (n) to the rear of the cart. OR, Install the (4) feet (p) for the Pedestal units. Do not tighten them until they are all installed. You can access the screws through the holes in the feet.
- Page 9 Internal Shelves (e,f): Carts come equipped with internal shelves. Begin with the bottom shelf. Rest the louver support tabs into the second row of cart louvers on both the back and left sides. Attach that section to the base panel using 2 of the screws. Then rest the top shelf into the top row of louvers in a similar fashion and attach the top shelf to the bottom shelf with 2 screws.
- Page 10 Securing the pedestal: (Optional) The pedestal can be secured using deck or masonry fasteners. Use the anchors and fasteners of your choice to secure the pedestal. You can use the center holes pre-punched in the feet as a template for drilling the holes for the anchors. You can access the anchor bolts through the base panel.
