- Page 2 Installation of the Mounting Adaptor onto the Fukuda Denshi DS-8100 1. Locate the Clamps by sliding them onto the black mounting adaptor (supplied with and attached to monitor) and fasten with two (2) 8-32 x 1” Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS).

- Page 4 Mounting of the Fukuda Denshi DS-8100/8200 Mounting Adaptor onto a Plunger Plate The following steps are for both DS-8100 and DS-8200 devices 1. Pull Spring Plunger at the front of the Mounting Plate and slide device laterally into the Mounting Plate until the Plunger snaps into the clearance hole at the front of the Mounting Adapter.
