Installing the Stabilizer NOTE: Do not weld the stabilizer to the trailer. Welding the stabilizer to the trailer voids all warranty claims. Determine the mounting location of the stabilizer. It can be mounted anywhere on the frame in front of the axles as long it remains within the approach angle (Fig. 1). For best system performance, it is recommended the stabilizer be placed as close as possible to the center point between the tongue jack and the axles (Fig.

Repeat steps 1-3 for the other side of the frame with the other rear jack. NOTE: Lippert recommends zip-tying the harnesses tight against the rear jack motors to prevent damage to the wire harnesses.
  • Page 9: Installing The Remote Leveling Sensor

Installing the Remote Leveling Sensor Determine the mounting location of the remote leveling sensor. The sensor has a limited mounting area for proper performance, and must be installed on a cross- member of the frame. It must be in line with or behind the rear leveling jacks (Fig. 11) and be centered in line with the center of the frame as signified by the dotted blue line in (Fig.11).
