. Installation
1. IMPORTANT: Please read the installation instructions prior to in-
stalling this microphone.
2. CAUTION: Installation of Yealink microphone should only be per-
formed by trained and qualified personnel. Severe injury and/ or loss
of life may occur if this product is improperly installed.

screwdriver, and the screw (3*6PMOZN3+,

A. With Suspension Rope
If your ceiling has a load-bearing capacity less than 1.0KG, you can
choose this method.
1. According to the deployment instruction template, align the indi-
cator arrow to the front of the conference room and drill holes.

2. Insert the expansion anchors and then use expansion screws to
fix the wire lock.
Tighten with a screwdriver.
3. Thread the suspension rope through the wire lock and tighten the
wire lock to the appropriate length.

4. Tighten the copper pillar onto the CM20, and hook the copper pil-
lar with the hook on the suspension rope.
5. Connect the Ethernet cable and then attach the mesh cover to
the CM20.

Pole Adapter
B. With Length-Adjustable Pole
If your ceiling has a load-bearing capacity less than 1.0KG, you can
choose this method.
1. Drill two holes in the ceiling to install the suspend pole adapter. If
the network cable is from inside the ceiling, drill one hole for pass-
ing the cable (Φ21mm). And then insert expansion anchors.

2. Assemble the suspend pole adapter, inner length-adjustable pole,
outer length-adjustable pole, and dust cover into a single unit.
3. If the Ethernet cable is from inside the ceiling, passing the cable
trough the hole in the ceiling and then through the pole. If the
Ethernet cable is on the side, pass the cable through the slot of
the pole adapter and then through the pole.
4. Secure the adjustable length-adjustable pole in place.
Rotate and separate from
the suspension rope.
5. Remove the bracket and connect the Ethernet cable.
6. Tighten the dust cover screws to attach the device to the
length-adjustable pole, and then attach the mesh cover to the
CM20.
7. Twist the elastic ring in the middle of the length-adjustable pole
to adjust the orientation and height of CM20. Please ensure that
all CM20 units have their indicator arrows pointing in the same
direction (the arrow indicates the 0° angle of the CM20's pickup
direction, which will be used for sound localization purposes).
8. Tighten elastic ring when the adjustment is completed.
