It is therefore necessary to pay the utmost attention to all of the paragraphs that illustrate the most simple and secure way to operate and use this product.
INTRODUCTION This manual contains all the necessary information on the installation and operation of the RLC-rotator. Some of the maintenance operations should only be carried out by professional technicians. If you require this information and the maintenance steps, please contact your dealer. Also included in this manual are a number of safety instructions to create a safe working environment.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 3.1. Explanation of the safety decals Make sure that all the safety messages are legible. Replace damaged stickers. Contact the manufacturer for new ones. If there is a sticker on the part to be replaced, ensure that a new sticker is applied to the new part.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE 1. Transport If you want to transport the rotator on a pallet, make sure that the attachment is securely attached so that it can’t fall off. Safely transport the rotator by following below steps: 1. Check the type plate to know the weight of the rotator. Select the appropriate materials according to the weight (sling, cable, hook, etc.).
• The assembly and installation must be carried out by an expert. • Make sure that the goods and packaging are in good condition. • Before commissioning, carry out a risk analysis of the assembly of the CAM attachment on the forklift.

4. Screw 2 hooks with thread (M16) through the rotator plate. 5. Raise the rotator by inserting the rope or cable through the threaded hooks and under the RLC lower bar. 6. When assembling the rotator, piece A must fit into one of the two upper jaws into slot B on the side of the forklift.

COMMISSIONING • The lifting device with attachment installed needs to be approved for use prior to commissioning. • Be sure to obtain the manufacturer’s certification concerning the residual capacity of the lifting device, after installation of the attachment. • First, use the hydraulic levers to check which levers operate which function. •...

5. Check bolts and screws Check that all the screws are properly tightened and check the lifting device attachment hooks. In case of damage or loose bolts/screws, replace/tighten them. Check that fork locking pins and end bar keepers are installed and functional. Check sample of base plate cap screws for proper torque value.

FINAL DECOMMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL Final, proper decommissioning or disposal of the product must be performed in accordance with the regulations of the country in which the product is used. In particular, regulations governing the disposal of batteries, fuels and electronic and electrical systems must be observed. Waste packaging should be sorted and put into solid dustbins according to the materials and needs to be collected by the local special environment protection bureau.
