Installation and assembly Place the connected module in the installation box under the switch. Thanks to the possibility of fixing, the module can also be installed in various other places (e.g. under plasterboard, in the ceiling...) The wiring diagram can be found below. For functional and safety reasons, it is essential that all cables connected to this module are stripped at the end with a length of 7 mm. - Page 6 Wiring diagram The connection depends on the possibilities of the garage and the garage opener. The first step is to check the compatibility of the garage module with the opener. If you already have a physical door opener installed, the module will be compatible.
- Page 7 Compatibility verification Check that your garage opener is listed in the "Compatible Models" table at the end of this document. If not, follow the procedure below: 1. Garage door openers with a yellow or purple "Learn" button are unlikely to work. Openers with this feature are usually limited to opening with remotes, not an external button.
- Page 8 Plug the sensor cable into the appropriate terminals on the module (S3,S4). Pairing with an application Installing the EMOS GoSmart app • The app is available for Android and iOS via Google play and the App Store. • Please scan the QR code to download the app.
- Page 9 Open the EMOS GoSmart app and confirm the privacy policy and click I agree. Select the registration option. Enter the name of a valid email address and choose a password. Confirm your consent to the privacy policy. Select register. Pairing with an app Select Add device.
- Page 10 Reset the module by holding the RESET button for 5 seconds and check that the LED is flashing. An automatic device search will take place. After successful pairing, the app displays a confirmation screen. Use the pencil icon to name the module according to your needs.

However, you will not be able to control the modules through the app until the Wi-Fi network is up and running. The exception to this is ZigBee modules that can still be controlled remotely with other ZigBee devices, such as the EMOS H5011 Scenic Switch, even after an internet outage.
