REASSEMBLY Refer to the Exploded View and Cross Sectional View drawings on pages 8 &10. Reassembly of any of the sub assemblies Fit o’ring (35) and wiper seal (37) onto piston (36). detailed in the exploded view on page 8 is basically in the reverse order shown.

Tighten band clamp (8) to 4 ft lb (6Nm). (wrench) on the special flats provided. 2. The AUSTART Air Starter is now assembled 10. Install o’ring (10) onto turbine housing (14) ready installation.
