OPERATION OPERATION Using the Appliance NOTE Control Panel • We recommend that you switch on the appliance for a few minutes before you start cooking, and then leave it running for approximately 8 minutes afterwards to ensure that all possible odours are extracted or minimized.

MAINTENANCE Soak the grease filter in hot soapy water. Fit the new activated charcoal filters, apply one on each side as cover to both the shield grids of the motor impeller, then turn clockwise Use a brush to clean the grease filters. Rinse the grease filters thoroughly.
