Operation Instructions
To use this antenna properly,read this instruction
thoroughly before using it. This antenna is
designed for amateur radio communication only.
Keep this manual carefully at hand for later use.

Notes for Using the Antenna
To avoid inviting accidents. follow the below notices.
① This antenna is designed to use the car body or the
metal handrail as the ground earth when the
portable use only. Do not install the antenna fixed
and on to the transceiver all the time due to the
issues of the prohibited from using for mobile.
② Do not touch the antenna during transmission.
Touching the antenna during transmission may
cause to electrify.
③ When fixing and detaching the antenna,be careful
not to hit on your face and body with the antenna. ④
It is necessary to use GRA-7350T together with an
antenna tuner.
●Description
The GRA-7350 can be operated on wide band
7-30/50MHz.It is OK to use the GRA-7350 only
when portable operation.
It is easy to adjust frequency by up-down of the coil
part and on antenna tuner.
When operation on 50MHz please use lower telescopic
length into 1090mm.
Light and flexible FRP is used.It is easy to carry.
●Installation place ( examples )
Install the bracket where the grounding earth can be
taken.( gutter mount,trunk lid etc)
Intall the antenna at the car roof by the magnet
base and MAT50 (Magnet Antenna Grounding
Sheet).
Set the magnet base on the wood table and install
the antenna with some approx. 10m ground wires.
Intall the antenna at the metal handrail where the
grounding earth can be taken.
●Attention
The SWR is not lower than 1.5 depending on the
conditions. In that case, please improve the earth
conditions or change the installation plaase use
an antenna tuner together with the GRA-7350T.
●How to Assembly
Connect Upper element and and lower element and

fasten them by hand. (Do not use any tools).
Screw the connected elements to the antenna body.

●Adjustment
1.Please confirm the antenna body position in the right
chart.
2.Loosen the set screw as a half turn by hand.
3.Slide the coil part to the request frequency and fix it
with the set screw by hand.
*Do not use any tools such as pliers when fastening
the set screw. The antenna may be damaged.

it will be changed depending on your
vehicle and installation locations.
When operating on 50MHz, use the lower
element only and make a coil at lowest

4.Thet transmission for the adjustment has to be
performed with as low RF power as possable with the
antenna tuner.If the adjustment is not completed,
move the coil up or down and adjust the frequency
again.
5.If tuning is OK,increase the power until operating
power. (Max Power rating: 130W SSB)
6.When adjusting 50MHz band, put the coil part down
and remove the upper element. Use the lower element
only.
