Congratulations on your purchase of the Roman Arc® II Hammock Stand.
We believe that you will find it a product of unsurpassed quality and durability
The Roman Arc® II Hammock Stand is packaged in two boxes.
These boxes should contain the following parts:
(1) Center Section
(1) Foot Section
(1) End Section
(1) 3/8" GalvanizedEyebolt (1) "S" Hook
(2) 3/8" Galvanized
Carriage bolts
Assembly:

All hex head bolts & eye bolts require a washer on each end.
OTE
Carriage head bolts require a washer just on nut end.
1. Place one center section in rocking position.
2. Place one foot section so that the flat area on the bottom is
down.
3. Place the foot section under the center section. The foot
section should lean in toward the center section. Center sec-
tion holes are countersunk recessed holes on one side. When
attaching the foot section, make sure the countersunk side is
to the outside of the frame. Line up bolt hole and insert car-
riage bolt as shown in illustration.
Important: Do not tighten any bolts until assembly is completed!
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other end.
5. Take end section and place on foot section so one bottom
hole aligns with proper bottom hole on center section. Install
hex head bolts.
Important: Use washer on the head of the hex head bolt.
Raise the end section so that both holes align and install

remaining bolt, using a washer on the head of the bolt.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 at the other end of the center
section.
8. Take 2nd center section and attach to frame, aligning all 4
holes. Slide bolts through. Be sure to use a washer on the nut
end of the bolt. Important: Make sure the countersunk holes
are on the outside of the frame.

(2) 3/8" Galvanized Hex Head bolts
(5) 3/8" Galvanized Nuts
(12) 3/8" Galvanized Flat Washers
(1) 9/16" Deep well socket tool
* Insert a screwdriver through side
holes to use as a handle
