    Follow the safety instructions in chapter 5.1 on page 14 and observe the follow- ing storage times. The allowable storage time is valid from the date of delivery (in- voice/goods issue date from WEH or the distributor) on the label of the packaging.   • Page 18 Note: The bore must have a diameter of Ø 27.5 mm. H35 receptacles are designed as standard for a sheet thickness of 1.5 mm and H70 receptacle for a sheet thick- ness of 1 mm. For thicker sheets, contact WEH so that the design of the receptacle can be adapted.
  • Page 19 Before each reassembly, check the components, threads and sealing surfaces (if present) for damage and contamination. If you notice any damage , replace the WEH ® product or send it to WEH for maintenance. It is not allowed to use the faulty WEH ® product no longer.

Even with proper selection and installation of the WEH product, the service life ® of the H35 front seal (Pos. 5) can be significantly reduced without a continuing inspection program.
  • Page 21 Verify correct size and material of replacement front seal. Î Insert the new front seal (Pos. 5) into the cleaned recess. Î Press the new front seal with the WEH assembly tool ® part no. E34-93289 into the recess. Make sure that the front seal is not twisted and is properly seated in the recess.

  • Page 39 Betriebsanleitung 7�2 Tanknippel installieren Î Stellen Sie sicher, dass eine passende Bohrung im Karosserieblech vorhanden ist, sodass Sie den WEH Tanknippel im Fahrzeug montieren können. ® Î Bringen Sie die Bohrung an einer geraden Stelle an, sodass die Befestigungsmutter (Pos. 2) und der Tanknippel vollständig aufliegen.

  • Page 41 Überprüfen Sie den Anschluss „B2“ und das gesamte System vor Inbetriebnahme auf Dichtheit. Verwenden Sie dafür ein schaumbildendes, H verträgliches Le- cksuchmittel. Î Beaufschlagen Sie nach der Montage das WEH Produkt nur langsam mit Druck. ® Entnehmen Sie den maximal zulässigen Betriebsdruck der Kennzeichnung auf dem Produkt.
  • Page 42 Kontrollieren Sie vor jeder Wiedermontage die Bauteile, Gewinde und Dichtflächen (falls vorhanden) auf Beschädigung und Verunreinigungen. Stellen Sie Beschädigungen fest, tauschen Sie das WEH Produkt aus oder schicken Sie es zur Wartung an WEH ® ein. Das WEH Produkt darf nicht mehr verwendet werden.
