LITHIUM-ION BATTERY POWERED FLASHLIGHTS IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Lithium-ion flashlights are convenient, powerful, and widely used, but they also have some safety considerations that users
should be aware of. Lithium-ion batteries can be dangerous if not handled properly. Follow these guidelines for safe use:
1.
Read the Manual: Always thoroughly read the flashlight's instruction manual before using it. This will provide
important information on battery insertion, charging, and specific safety warnings for your flashlight model.
2.
Handle with Care: Handle the flashlight and its battery with caution. Lithium-ion batteries can be damaged if dropped,
punctured, or overcharged. Handle them gently and avoid rough treatment.
3.
Use the Proper Charger: Only use the charging cable that is specifically designed for your flashlight model. Using an
incompatible charging cable can damage your flashlight or cause it to malfunction.
4.
Follow Charging Guidelines: Lithium-ion batteries should only be charged according to the manufacturer's
instructions. Do not overcharge or leave the battery unattended while charging. (Suggest charging and discharging the
battery once every quarter)
5.
Avoid Exposure to High Temperatures: Exposure to high temperatures can damage lithium-ion batteries. Do not
leave the flashlight in direct sunlight or a hot environment for extended periods.
6.
Dispose of Used Batteries Responsibly: Used lithium-ion batteries should be recycled or disposed of according to
local regulations. Do not dispose of them in regular trash containers.
Charging Instructions
1.
Plug the charging cable into the port on the light and connect the USB cable into a USB charging port. Charging time
can take up to 30 minutes to fully charge the battery.
Operating Instructions
IMPORTANT: Studies prove the use of UV enhancing glasses (supplied) allow users to find and spot leaks easier

2. Put on UV enhancing glasses (supplied).
3. Turn on lamp by depressing switch.
4. Scan the area with the UV lamp.
5. Adjust focus/intensity by pulling on the head lamp.
A fluorescent glow will appear from leaks. For optimum results do not use lamp in bright sunlight and make sure to wear the
UV Enhancing Glasses as they will allow you to more clearly see the fluorescent glow of the dye.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
purchase. Proof of purchase required to obtain warranty service. The information presented herein is based on proper
application and normal use of the product. Because the manufacturer cannot control handling, storage, and use of the
product, no warranty of fitness or merchantability of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made regarding the product.
