Product usage Before first use Connect the power cable to the unit’s AC socket. Connect the power cable’s plug to an appropriate mains socket. Remove the battery compartment cover. Insert 6 batteries (not supplied) into the battery compartment, respecting the indicated polarity (+/-).
Page 27 Product usage PC/AUX IN • Press the FUNC. button to select AUX mode. • Insert an AUX cable connector into the unit’s PC/AUX IN (3.5 mm) jack. Connect the other end of the cable to the external device, such as a computer, mobile phone, iPod or MP3 player.

The total number of folders (which is only displayed if the CD contains folders) and tracks will be displayed, then playback will start from the first track and the folder and/or track number will be alternately displayed on the screen.
