When decarbing on the 420 ediwhip, how do I check the temperature. Is it the current temp shown when I hit a temp button?

The Alpha420 EdiWhip 2.0 automatically controls the temperature for decarbing. For THC, it heats the plant material to 240°F for 1 hour, and for CBD, it heats to 270°F for 1 hour. There is no mention of a manual temperature check in the provided information.
