DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD COMPONENTS. Your SEWERCAM™ pipe inspection system is made up of four major components. 1. Camera Head(s). 2. Camera push cable(s). 3. Reel frame. Some SEWERCAM™ camera heads have a self-levelling feature. This is where the camera head module is always levelled in the upright position.

Push Cable The SEWERCAM™ push cable is a vital part of your system, without the cable your inspection system will not function. The push cable consists of a fibreglass core with imbedded conductors and hard plastic cover.
- Page 9 3. Reel & Controller The SEWERCAM™ Push Reel & Controller is the main frame & control system for your inspection system. The controller module in the reel, controls important functions like battery, camera head light brightness intensity, sonde transmitter and meter counter.

Your SEWERCAM™ camera is fitted with a 33 kHz location transmitting sonde for accurate location of the camera head. The sonde can be located up to 4m deep depending on the ground type, pipe type, locator receiver and surrounding services. - Page 12 The network name and password are located on the back of the drum. Connect to the network and enter the password. Once connected it will tell you that you do not have access to the internet. The wifi connection does not require your device to have a mobile or wifi connection to operate. Videos will be stored as MPEG-4 file with the AVI extension.

To view the video on your device you will need to download VLC media player. Storing a Photo PHOTO BUTTON To take a photo press the photo button. Taking a photo while video recording Taking photos while recording can be done by simply pressing the photo button whilst recoding a video at the same time. -

Maintenance and Cleaning Camera Head 1. The camera head requires very little maintenance apart from keeping the camera LED light ring and Sapphire window clean for optimal performance. 2. The Camera head can be cleaned with warm soapy water and soft fibre whips.
