Troubleshooting
Possible Cause
□ The sink has a rough
or irregular surface.
□ No overflow in the
sink
□ The mounting nuts
are not tightened
enough.
□ Installation errors
1) Make sure the washer
and nut are in the correct
position and the right
direction.
2) The mounting nuts are
not tightened enough.
Solution
□ Apply additional
silicone sealant to the
beveled side of the drain
flange.
□ Replace with a drain
without an overflow.
□ Re-tighten.
□ Follow the correct
installation steps to
re-install.
