Operation Airtightness Check Warning! DO run a thorough airtightness check prior to filling the tank with diesel. Thereafter, check the airtightness before each use. Initial Check 1. Prepare a basin of soapy water. Remember to completely dry your hands. 2. Turn the fill plug (J) and diesel level meter (I) tight. 3. -

Operation 7. Check that no bubble is forming on the connections. If any: a. Dry your hands completely. b. Turn off the pump (D). c. Fix the leakage either by replacing the O-rings where bubbles were forming or tightening the connection. d. - Page 10 Operation Remove the diesel gun (A) from its holder by pulling at the handle. Insert the nozzle into the fill port of the equipment that needs refueling. Press the pump power button. Squeeze the black lever on the diesel gun. If you want to free your hand holding the lever and handle, set the hold-open latch to fixate the lever.
