Assembly Preparation 1. Move the tank to where it will be used. 2. Unpack the tank, being sure the tank will be at its upright position. 3. Lift out the tank, putting away the package for possible after-sell service. Assembling the Diesel Gun 1.
Operation Airtightness Check Warning! DO run a thorough airtightness check prior to filling the tank with diesel. Thereafter, check the airtightness before each use. Initial Check 1. Prepare a basin of soapy water. Remember to completely dry your hands. 2. Turn the fill plug (J) and diesel level meter (I) tight. 3.

Operation Remove the diesel gun (A) from its holder by pulling at the handle. Insert the nozzle into the fill port of the equipment that needs refueling. Press the pump power button. Squeeze the black lever on the diesel gun. If you want to free your hand holding the lever and handle, set the hold-open latch to fixate the lever.
Maintenance • Check the airtightness of all connections before each use. • Periodically check the pump’s cable for breakage. If any damage noticed, have it replaced by a certified technician. • Clean the surfaces tainted by diesel after each use. •...
